Recently Amparo Sard did a workshop in India, being involved in the conservation of the planet, she discovered a new technique recycling plastic, using it trying to raise awareness. Holes were also important, deforming the image.
Selfies in India is a critique of the self-absorption in which the contemporary individual is involved. Collages of recycled plastic bags become one layer -applying heat and other procedures- after all holes appear to give deformation to the image.
