THE OTHER

The double of the self portrait is a purely visual phenomenon, without identity or proper intentionality. It has no wishes or takes initiatives; it is passive and neutral. “In a certain sense, what images and projections of my body has to do with heautoscopy, where there is an interaction between the person and his double. The double heautoscopic is able to do -within limits-  what you want, or can remain motionless, without doing anything, although, often, can cause panic.”
